Digitalisation of Patients Medical Records

Lancashire and South Cumbria has been chosen by NHS England to be a national pilot for the digitisation of Medical Records for more information please click here to view our Data Protection Impact Assessment.

We meet with our members approximately six times a year, usually on a Tuesday evening at 6.30pm. We discuss the services we currently offer and are always open to suggestions about how we can provide a better service. The meetings give patients the opportunity to have their say. The meetings are very informal - we even supply, tea, coffee and biscuits!!

We also realise that people have busy lives and cant always attend meetings. That is why we are also piloting a new 'virtual' group. This means, all communication will be done via e-mail. If you sign up to the virtual group, you will receive all agenda's and minutes from our group meetings and you can e-mail in your suggestions/ideas for the group. Just because you will be a virtual member, doesn't mean you can never attend meetings either, it is just another option, if you struggle to attend.

If you are interested in joining either group - please contact reception for further details.

We would like to continue to offer our patients the best service possible, so your input is invaluable.
