Patient Participation Group

The Aims of the Patient Participation Group

We meet with our members approximately six times a year, usually on a Tuesday evening at 18:30. We discuss the services we currently offer and are always open to suggestions about how we can provide a better service. The meetings give patients the opportunity to have their say. The meetings are very informal - we even supply, tea, coffee and biscuits!!

We also realise that people have busy lives and can’t always attend meetings. That is why we also have a 'virtual' group. This means, all communication will be done via e-mail. If you sign up to the virtual group (below), you will receive all agenda's and minutes from our group meetings and you can e-mail in your suggestions/ideas for the group. Just because you will be a virtual member, doesn't mean you can never attend meetings either, it is just another option, if you struggle to attend.

If you are interested in joining either group - please contact reception for further details.

We would like to continue to offer our patients the best service possible, so your input is invaluable.

Getting Your View

The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible. We would like to obtain your email address and mobile phone number to do this. Please complete the Patient Contact Form to provide your consent for this.
