       How to see your Doctor

diary All surgeries are by appointment which can be made by calling at reception or ringing 01282 731740 during surgery opening hours.

From 24th July 2019 all patients booking an appointment for the same day will be added to the 'Clinical Assessment List'

If you telephone and ask to see a doctor the same day  you will be offered a telephone call with a clinician - the receptionists will ask you for some details of your problem to ensure you get the best possible advice. If the clinician feels you need to be seen in person they will offer you an appointment under strict procedures to maintain the safety of you and all our staff. You may be offered a telephone or video consultation. They may redirect you to another more appropriate service. Please note GP surgeries DO NOT provide emergency care. If you feel you need to be the same day please call before 11am. Alternatively on line telephone triage appointments are available from 3pm the day before.

You can book online

You can use the myGP app or NHS app, see our on-line services section for more information. (Other applications are also available)

If you cannot keep an appointment, you MUST let us know as soon as possible.
