E-Consultation – The fastest way to access healthcare.
To access your GP or contact us about a medical, administrative or prescription issue please click here.
Fill in just a few questions and we will get back to you within 2 working days. Please DO NOT use this for urgent or emergency requests. Forms will be read during normal office hours ONLY. Outside of these times forms will be picked up the next working day. Please contact 111 during out of hours or 999 if this is an emergency.
This is the quickest and easiest way to ensure you get access to health care at Pendle view.
Please note, we have a very high demand from patients and have limited capacity. Occasionally when this is reached, we may temporarily disable E-Consult to permit us to deal with any backlog. The system will then reopen the next working day at 07.00.
If you are too ill to come to surgery, a home visit can be arranged by telephoning 01282 731740 before 10.00 am if possible, and give the receptionist as much information as possible.
Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability and are currently being carried out by a specialist team.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit.

You can text to cancel your appointment.
Text Reminder Service
We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments.
To have this service you will need to register by completing a consent form.
Please remember to update your contact details with us when you change address, telephone numbers and email address.
You may be asked if a medical student or trainee doctor can be present during your consultation with the doctor or nurse.
If you can help in this way, the students are very grateful, however if you are embarrassed or uncomfortable in the presence of a student, please say so.
