Home Visits

If you are too ill to come to surgery, a home visit can be arranged by telephoning 01282 731740 before 10.00 am if possible, and give the receptionist as much information as possible.

Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability and are currently being carried out by a specialist team.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit.

How to See Your Doctor

Appointments may be made by telephone or on line. Please call 01282 731740 or use one of the many apps available on line.

When you call the receptionists will ask you for some details of your problem to ensure you get the best possible advice. All appointment are initially by telephone/video. If the clinician feels you need to be seen in person they will offer you an appointment under strict procedures to maintain the safety of you and all our staff.

They may redirect you to another more appropriate service. Please note GP surgeries DO NOT provide emergency care. If you feel you need to be seen the same day please call before 11:00. Alternatively on line telephone appointments are available from 15:00 the day before.

You can also book online via the link at the top of this page; please inform reception if you wish to register.

Here are links to the myGP app or NHS app, (other applications are also available).
